Kristen Ratan, Founder of Strategies for Open Science (Stratos), Co-Founder of Incentivizing Collaborative Open Research (ICOR)

Kristen founded Stratos in June 2019. She has a 25-year history working to accelerate advances in science and research communication with a focus on open. She co-founded the Collaborative Knowledge Foundation in 2015, was the Publisher at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) prior to that. Kristen is the Secretariat of the NASEM Roundtable on Aligning Incentives for Open Science, and serves on the board of Rapid Science and ASAPbio.
